Kadooğlu Oil operates one of the region's most advanced edible-oil facilities, combining large-scale capacity with strict quality control at every step. From the arrival of raw material to the sealing of the final bottle, each stage is monitored to protect the freshness, clarity and nutritional value that define Kadoo sunflower oil.
Our plant reaches a refining capacity of 650 tons per day and a filling capacity of 1,000 tons per day. Packing and packaging are handled through robotic, fully automated lines, supported by a team of approximately 300 people. A dedicated warehouse stores up to 7,000 tons of finished products alongside packaging materials equivalent to 5,000 tons of production.
Four loading ramps operate simultaneously, giving the factory a shipment capacity of 1,000 tons per day. This scale allows us to supply both local markets and export destinations without compromising on consistency — every batch leaves the facility with the same quality, whatever its size or destination.
The same production discipline serves our complete sunflower-oil range, from 500 ml PET bottles for everyday kitchens to 18 and 20 litre tins for professional and industrial use. Whatever the format, the oil inside is refined, filled and sealed to a single standard of purity.
